Broulee Beach Surf Accommodation is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, self contained holiday rental townhouse apartment located just 50 metres from the golden sand of North Broulee Beach in the middle of beautiful Broulee Bay on the South Coast of NSW Australia. Broulee is just south of the popular resort town of Batemans Bay and you will find the historic township of Moruya just a short drive away.
Your holiday accommodation is found at 62-64 Smith Street which backs onto Coronation Drive - the main beachfront of Broulee Beach. You will be centrally located just a short stroll from the 'Broulee Shops', but tucked away from all the hustle and bustle of summer time holiday makers so you can enjoy the solitude of beachfront living on the NSW South Coast!
During the off-peak season you could well find yourself alone on this beautiful stretch of beach with its magnificent views to Broulee island and Burrawarra Point.
Broulee Beach Surf Accommodation Facilities
The self catering beachside rental apartment sleeps up to 9 people and is perfect for family holidays or small group bookings. The architecturally designed townhouse accommodation is comfortable, clean and spacious with high, exposed beam ceilings and modern furnishings.
The two main bedrooms are upstairs with queen beds, a private balcony and a shared bathroom. There is also an alcove with a single bed - perfect for a small child or single person.
Downstairs is a large living room, kitchen, large bedroom sleeping up to 4 people with two bunk beds and an ensuite bathroom. This bedroom and the living room look onto the outdoor entertaining area equipped with a modern BBQ area designed to entertain up to 10 people.

When you stay at the Broulee Beach Surf Accommodation you are not just handed a key! You will receive a personal and friendly greeting from the staff of Broulee Surf School on arrival. As the Surf School is located right next door you can receive first hand local knowledge that will assist you in arranging your South Coast holiday tours, travel arrangements and on-going holiday plans for your next destination.
The Broulee Surf School staff can point out the very best tourism activities, natural sights, local restuarants, cafes and the many amazing bushwalks of this South Coast region. You can also book in for surf lessons, wetsuit and surfboard hire.
Although there is no phone or internet facility at the accommodation, these are available through the Surf School if urgently required. You are encouraged to get away from the office and the pressures of everyday life and make the most of your holiday escape!
Don't miss out on your chance to explore - you will be staying on the Eurobodalla (land of many waters) Nature Coast surrounded by Australian National Parks, State Forests and some of the best beaches in Australia, if not the world.
If you want to just stay close by and relax in your apartment taking the occasional stroll along the beach - that's OK too, it's your holiday! The accommodation is set well back from any holiday crowds and is completely private.
Your Stay at Broulee Beach Surf Apartment includes:

Accommodation Booking Terms and Conditions:
- No more than 9 people to stay at one time
- No party animals or 'schoolies' (this is a relaxed and quiet beach holiday destination)
- Pets are not allowed on or about the premises
- 20% non refundable (subject to Management's discretion) deposit is required by credit card upon booking confirmation
- Balance in full is required by cheque or CC at least 14 days prior to arrival date (or by arrangement)
- Cheque to be made payable to Broulee Surf School and posted to 7/77 Coronation Drive Broulee NSW 2537
- An imprint of your credit card will be held (in case of the unlikely event of any damage to the property) until final inspection upon checkout
- Any booking cancellations should be notified well in advance - if the apartment is not re-let the management reserves the right to withhold refund of all or part of the letting fee
- Check in time is 3PM - Departure 10AM (or by arrangement)
